The last week I have been sick with bronchitis and I'm not 100% yet but I was able to get an easy workout in this morning and tonight I am heading to Power Yoga and sweat it out in 32 degree heat......
This morning I had a moment of clarity......
For the past month I have been stressing over the changes that will be happening over the next few months in my life and worrying over how I am going to get everything done, this worry and stress was causing anxiety and this was then holding me back even further from my goals. I was feeling weighted done by the anxiety which is probably what has caused me to get sick.
So the clarity I felt this morning was that I just have to have my goals in mind and work toward them and not stress how it will happen just take it 1 day or even 5 min at a time and it will all come together. For me it helps if I have visual reminders so I am going to get to work on pictures and reminders to stick up in my room where I will be reminded every day before I go to sleep and when I wake up (I will post a pic when it's done).
MY GOALS
- VANUATU - We are going to vanuatu on July 20th for our dear friends wedding, Sooo flipping excited!!! This is actually a 2 part goal.
- Save the spending money
- Have a hot bikini body
- MOVE TO ROXBY- This is a many many part goal. So it has been over 2 months since I've seen my boyfriend, Shane. He works in the mines and had been out of work and at home for 6 months before heading back to Roxby in the South Australian desert to find work. We have lived and worked in Roxby before and now that Shane has got himself a good job there we are planning on living there again rather then him doing FIFO. So it is back to a mining town we go (hi ho, hi ho).... I am hoping to that we are there and settled by September, this may be wishful thinking but if I can focus on these goals it might just happen.

So it is all down to staying focused and keep reminding myself that there are good things to come and they are not too far away at all!!!!
